Qiks is a puzzle and action game similar to Gals Panic in which we must uncover an image by covering all of its pixels while avoiding being touched by the opponent.

Qiks is a great action puzzle game that reminds me of Gals Panic, an old classic. It follows the same formula: cover a picture without allowing the attacker to contact or destroy us.

Progressive complexity and pixelated visuals

Unlike the original from a few decades ago, however, the image to be uncovered does not contain any barely clad oriental girl, but rather various pixel-art compositions. In every case, the method is the same: walk along the edges of the panel and slide your finger over it to close a piece of it. If our opponent hits us during our attempt, we will be destroyed, and the game will be over.

It's worth noting that we have some control over our mobility. We'll watch as it creeps inexorably around the image's edges, with the only option being to slide the finger into the unsecured area and try to cover the image. The goal is to complete as much as possible, if not all of it, in order to pass the level (all this if we have not managed to finish our enemy by locking it up). As we go, the game panels will become larger and the challenge will increase.
